Delete your Vasooly account
From the app
- Open Vasooly and choose Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account, profile, saved people, payment handles, groups, collections, payment links and owned khatas. Shared links stop working. It does not reverse any payment made in another app. Apple-linked accounts may need Apple reauthorization before deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email taher@vasooly.com with the subject Vasooly account deletion. Send the request from the email linked to your account and include your display name. If you used Apple private relay or a guest account, mention that; we may need to verify ownership before deleting data. Do not send a password, sign-in code, payment OTP or bank details.
You can also request removal of your contact details from a payer link. Include the organizer’s name or the relevant link so we can find the right record.
Our privacy policy explains deletion and backup retention. We do not retain active account records after confirmed deletion.
