Get in touch
Write to taher@vasooly.com. If it's about a payment, include the collection's name and the amount, but never your UPI PIN, OTP or bank details. Vasooly will never ask for them.
I got a payment link. How do I pay?
Open the link. For UPI, tap Save QR, open your UPI app, choose the QR from your gallery, check the name and pay; above ₹2,000, copy the UPI ID and pay from your app instead. For Venmo, PayPal and the others, tap Pay and the app opens. Then tap I've paid so the organizer can tick you off. Vasooly never sees the payment itself.
You don't need the Vasooly app to pay. If you have it, the link opens there instead, and you can tap Add to my Vasooly to keep track of what you owe.
I paid, but it still shows as unpaid
Vasooly can't see payments; it only knows when you tap I've paid or the organizer marks you as paid. Open your link again and tap I've paid, or ask the organizer to mark it. If money went to the wrong place, sort it out with your bank or payment app: Vasooly can't reverse or refund payments.
Collecting money
- Add how you get paid: Profile, then Get paid. Add your UPI ID, or another method outside India.
- Send links: tap a person to send everything they owe you in one link, or one link per expense.
- Remind someone: tap them and choose Remind. Friends on Vasooly get a notification; others get a WhatsApp message from you.
- Fix a mistake: open the expense, use the menu at the top to edit or delete it.
Your account
You can use Vasooly as a guest and sign in with Apple later; your plans carry over. To delete your account and all its data, go to Profile, then Delete account. Payment links you've shared stop working straight away.
